The wifi was truly awful, 1.3mbps down. Rooms are ok, but the AC kept stoping every 2 hours, even at night,so you just wake up full of sweat an barely breathing. This is not a bad think per say, but the "animation" (music) at the back yard is up to 12.00 a clock every night and if you want to sleep, bad luck.
Don't get the diner, ist realy bad, also they serve one thing at the time to the hole restaurant, the hole dinner takes like 2h, in witch you mostly wait for the next dish.
Wouldn't go back.
The hotel is on good place, but service is terrible. There's no wi fi and you can't keep your room cold when you're not in it. They don't want to give you second card for the room and if you foreget the only one you have they got mad at you. The food is the same one every day and it's not cooked well. If you don't want to get angry or something like that don't go there.
The hotel is not clean (bathrooms and the rooms) and you can see that the furniture is in bad condition. The fridge is opening only with a key…They are not giving you a second card, even, if you are 2 people in 1 room. The air conditioner is set to turn off automatically, after 1 hour, even when you are in the room. The breakfasts is OK, but the dinner is very bad, not cooked properly, or something that smells bad.
The internet and the mobile data is not working good near to the hotel and in the hotel.
There is a “singing” noise after 12pm every night and you can’t sleep properly….
The hotel is on a good place, very close to the beach where you have got a concrete umbrella and sunbeds. It is not possible to go to the beach and keep them.
It was pleasure staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, newly renovated. The restaurant has delicious food, variety of sea food. The beach was very close, clean, nice people working there. In all of that the best part were Jack and Pino with their good mood, spirit and huge talent that made all our evenings a blast! Huge recommendation!
Pros:
Clean and large rooms, new furniture, the rooms are cleaned perfectly every day on schedule.
Cons:
Very bad internet connection. We visited the hotel with a tour operator agency. The food was bad - just tasteless pasta and swamp stinking fish. The waiters at the buffet were very stingy - you want to have a salad, and they put half a tomato and three pieces of cucumber. You have to pray for more food - an unacceptable attitude for a four-star hotel ... I just felt like a beggar.
Probably due to inflation, they do not increase prices, but reduce food weights and quality. I do not recommend at all!
The location is really nice, the hotel is clean. The food is not good, if you eat seafood maybe you will get something decent but if you take meat, for example meatballs, it is very hard to understand what is in the ingredients in it.... The staff - some of them are really nice and helpful, some of them are very rude. Pino the animator is great and also the singer
I can't speak about the hotel much as I have been living in one of the villas.
The place is damn near its private beach where u get your own umbrella, chairs and sunbed. You have private parking and the entire place is what you want from a beach resort.
The villa (2) is big, has 4 dormitories upstairs and 3 bathrooms. The showers are not great (they flow poorly because of calcium deposits), the beds are comfy and everything was clean but reeking like an old house. After leaving everything opened for 1 evening the place felt cosy.
The kitchen has all the expected amenities and the fridge is huge.
Overall a good experience. Would return given the chance.
